Just fill out the Free Shipping Request Form, we will email you a Pre-Paid Shipping Label from UPS.  Simply print out the label, tape it to the outside of the box your shipping the oxygen machine in, and drop it off at your local UPS store.

If you don’t have a UPS store close by, Please call 702-252-4186 and we can schedule a UPS pick up of your oxygen equipment.
